Subaru
«Subaru is the automotive division of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI), which is based in Japan. FHI was established in 1953 and started to develop a car using aerospace technologies accumulated by aircraft manufacturer Nakajima Aircraft Ltd., which was the predecessor of FHI. In 1958, FHI introduced its first car, the Subaru 360, adopting its brand name, ‘Subaru,’ and symbol, the ‘six-stars cluster,’ which represents the Pleiades Star Cluster. In 1965, Subaru introduced the front-wheel-drive Subaru 1000 at the Tokyo Motor Show, which featured a four-cylinder horizontally opposed boxer engine. In 1972, Subaru took a bold step by introducing the first four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle designed specifically for everyday driving, the Leone 4WD Station Wagon. Until then, 4WD had been limited to off-road and specialty vehicles, giving the Leone 4WD the distinction of introducing the safety and performance advantages of 4WD to a whole new segment of drivers around the world. In 1989, the Subaru Legacy, which boasts both a horizontally opposed boxer engine and the latest in Subaru All-Wheel Drive (AWD), was launched, and by 2005 Subaru had sold three million of them. In 1992, Subaru introduced the Subaru Impreza, which won three consecutive World Rally Championship titles from 1995 to 1997. More recently, Subaru has placed third in the World Rally Championship manufacturers’ standings in 2006, 2007, and 2008.«
Putting a strong emphasis on versatility in all road conditions, Subaru is a major manufacturer of all-wheel drive cars powered by boxer engines that offer better weight distribution than other engine configurations. [2]
Subaru’s performance model, the WRX STI, combines Subaru’s symmetrical AWD system with a turbocharged boxer engine. The STI has also been a great contributor to Subaru’s rich rally history, especially during the late 1990s where it was able to achieve consecutive WRC championship titles.
Get Over 50 Feet in Subaru Forza Horizon 5
The Forza Horizon 5 No Parachute Needed accolade has a step where you have to get over 50 feet in a specific Subaru at the Launch Control Danger Sign, and it seems to be bugged for some people. The issue crops up when you try to complete the step, and no matter how far you go, it just refuses to mark itself as done. In our Get Over 50 Feet in Subaru Forza Horizon 5 guide, we’ll share what knowledge we have about this problem.
Forza Horizon 5 Get Over 50 Feet in Subaru – No Parachute Needed
The “Get Over 50 Feet in a Subaru” in Forza Horizon 5 is one of the steps in the No Parachute Needed accolade. Well, apparently, it can also be over 50 meters, presumably depending on which units you’re using, even though one meter is about three feet, but that’s beside the point. The main problem is that the step seems to be bugged for some people, such as Reddit user Rocket_Games200 and other people. Even when they use the correct car that the mission requires, and go well over the required 50 feet at the Launch Control Danger Sign.
The biggest issue here is that there is no know fix for this accolade bug; it’s not even in the official list of known issues as of this moment. So, if this glitch crops up for you, the best you can do is submit a ticket to Microsoft’s support and hope that the developers roll out a patch for the Get Over 50 Feet in Subaru Forza Horizon 5 bug. It’s incredibly annoying, because for these players, this is the only accolade that’s borked like this. Imagine getting so close to completing all accolades and then this little thing gets in the way.
If you have some sort of workaround or solution to this bug, let us know in the comments below. Also, if you need help with something else in the game, check out our other Forza 5 guides. Among other stuff, we have articles like Willys Jeep Exploit, How to Sell & Buy Cars, and Disappearing Players & Cars – Invisible Car Bug.

Note: this guide do NOT contain the 14 Barn Finds found in free-roam, but there is a car that is story exclusive that involves a barn.

These cars are unlocked after you buy a specific car and unlock the mastery that is included with that specific car. There are currently 5 cars that are unlocked through another car’s mastery. If my math is correct, the skill points needed to unlock these 5 cars by taking the shortest route to them in the skill tree is roughly 318 skill points.

NOTE As part of the Series 13 update, Midnight Battles have been introduced. Some Hard-to-Find cars are now a little easier to get thanks to this addition. Check the next section for accolade details
As part of «Horizon Anniversary» Update (Update Series 13), Midnight Battles have been re-introduced into this series from Forza Horizon 3. Just like in Forza Horizon 3, if you win the Midnight Battle the first time, you’ll get to keep the car. These are the cars you can win from Midnight Battles:
- 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1
Win the first Midnight Battle (Win 4 Street Races)
The seasonal playlist is a random set of events that will yield a reward which is randomized by the developers every month. The rewards are random so you don’t know if/when the next time a rare car will be available. There are some cars that are exclusive to this format. You can also try your luck in the auction house if you really want one of these cars. The rewards are different every month, so an exclusive car here is rarer than the other cars mentioned above. The cars will return during another season, but it is unknown when they will return. I’m considering the Festival Playlist as the base game and obviously this list would need to change to accommodate any new additions during the new playlists.
The Forzathon shop is a weekly shop that uses a separate in-game currency when purchasing the items. To earn the currency needed for the Forzathon Shop, you need to finish the weekly and daily challenges. Alternatively, you can complete the Horizon Arcade or spend skill points on cars with the bonus forzathon points perk. Purchasing the La Casa Solariega will yield you double forzathon points in forzathon related activities except for the car perks. The shop contains two cars, two novelty items, wheelspins and superwheels to purchase.
All cars that are underlined are cars that were NOT in Forza Horizon 4 in some form (in other words the other cars are cars that are recycled from Forza Horizon 4)
