When you’re out and about, 20 minutes at a fast charger can add enough range to drive about 140 miles. Every Rivian vehicle features a CCS plug so you can charge with any public charging network, as well as our ever-growing Rivian Adventure Network.

We’re focused on creating a seamless and convenient experience that guides you from configuration to the first time you drive your vehicle — including service center pickups and home deliveries where available.
Your Rivian Guide will be in touch to help you prepare for delivery based on your configuration, location and when you placed your preorder or reservation. At that time, you can complete any remaining steps to take delivery from your Rivian Account, including finalizing your payment method and applying for financing, trading in your current vehicle and completing any remaining documents.
On delivery day you can track your vehicle’s journey through the Rivian app and upon arrival set it up as a digital key so you can immediately get on the road. To get better acquainted with your vehicle, you can ask a Rivian Field Specialist for a walkthrough or explore on your own time.

Like all vehicles on the road today, there are a number of factors that can affect range, including your tire and wheel size, the weight you’re towing, and accessories that might affect aerodynamics or weight like the Cargo Crossbars or Rooftop Tent. Temperature, road conditions and driving style can also affect your range.
Rivian provides convenient and comprehensive service coverage. Whether you need maintenance or repairs, we’ve got you covered in all markets where Rivian vehicles are sold.
Service can be scheduled through the Rivian app and directly with our Service Support team. We are building out a network of mobile service vehicles that will come to you when service is needed, and also have service centers when more extensive vehicle service is required.
And for unplanned service needs, our Rivian Service and Roadside Assistance teams are always here to support.
Our New Vehicle Limited Warranty is included on all new R1S and R1T vehicles purchased from Rivian in the United States and Canada.
- Comprehensive: The cost of all parts and labor necessary for any defective materials are covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles (95,000 km), whichever comes first
- Battery Pack: Coverage includes all components inside the high-voltage battery and 70% or more of the battery capacity for 8 years or 175,000 miles (280,000 km), whichever comes first

Впрочем, Rivian все равно окажется в числе первых компаний, которые станут бороться за лидерство в зарождающемся сегменте внедорожных электромобилей — старт поставок серийных машин теперь намечен на июнь следующего года. В преддверии скорого начала продаж компания опубликовала прайс-лист на модели R1T и R1S, к которым позже присоединятся другие модификации, включая базовые и дорогие дальнобойные модели.
Первое время цены на пикапы будут начинаться с 67500 долларов — столько просят за Rivian R1T в исполнении Explore с крышкой над грузовой платформой, стандартной аудиосистемой, отделкой салона черного цвета и обитыми экокожей сиденьями с подогревом (водительское кресло — с поясничной регулировкой). Комплектация Adventure за 75 тысяч долларов включает усиленную защиту днища, передний бампер с буксировочными крюками и воздушным компрессором, электропривод жалюзи грузового отсека, салон с ясеневыми вставками и акцентами желтого цвета, перфорированную экокожу на руле, вентиляцию сидений, более дорогую аудиосистему и кресло переднего пассажира с поясничной регулировкой.
Электрические внедорожники Rivian R1S будут немного дороже родственных пикапов. Они предложены с аналогичным набором комплектаций, однако за стартовую версию Explore придется отдать уже 70 тысяч долларов. По уровню оснащения салона внедорожник ничем не отличается от пикапа, зато ему будет доступен третий ряд сидений. Доплата за исполнение Adventure составляет те же 7500 долларов, что и у пикапа R1T.
Впрочем, такие машины появятся только в январе 2022 года, а в июне 2021-го Rivian начнет поставки пикапов серии Launch Edition, посвященной старту продаж (аналогичные внедорожники подоспеют только в августе). Цены на них тоже стартуют с 75000 и 77500 долларов соответственно, однако при заказе таких электромобилей на выбор будут предложены легкосплавные колеса диаметром 20 дюймов с шинами для бездорожья и более крупные 22-дюймовые. Кроме того, палитра цветов для машин из приветственной серии включает специальный оттенок Launch Green (на фото ниже) — вкупе с отличительными шильдиками на кузове такие машины будет проще опознать в потоке.
Все три варианта исполнения поначалу будут доступны с безальтернативной тяговой батареей емкостью 135 кВт∙ч: ее заряда должно хватить на 480 км. Примерно через полгода после старта поставок компания начнет выпуск машин с увеличенным аккумулятором (180 кВт·ч), рассчитанным на 640 км без подзарядки, а затем к ним присоединятся электромобили с начальной батареей на 105 кВт∙ч — у таких модификаций пробег будет ограничен на отметке 400 км. Напомним, ранее представители фирмы заявляли, что базовый пикап будет стоить 61500 долларов, а внедорожник R1S — 65 тысяч долларов. Не исключено, что это обещание все-таки удастся сдержать, однако полный прайс-лист на электромобили Rivian, вероятно, будет обнародован только в следующем году.
