Вернувшись из Исландии с первого теста LR Discovery Sport, в ходе которого мы пережили впечатляющий шторм и едва не остались в этой гостеприимной стране навсегда, занесенные снегом, я пообещал себе продолжить знакомство с британским вседорожником, заменившим в модельном ряду культовый LR Freelander. И вот, спустя почти полтора года, я выполняю наказ.

И вот, спустя почти полтора года, я выполняю наказ.
Почему мне так интересен Land Rover Discovery Sport? Во-первых, он красивый. Мало? Окей. Он редкий в этом классе вариант с семиместным салоном. Еще? Discovery Sport — самая современная модель Land Rover, и таковой останется еще на некоторое время — до старта продаж совсем замороченного LR Discovery, запланированного на 2017 год. Поэтому лямку локомотива продаж бренда Land Rover «Диско Спорту» тянуть еще как минимум полгода.
Кажется, перечисленного уже достаточно, чтобы с интересом провести месяц в компании с британским внедорожником?! Да-да, внедорожником. Не называйте его «кроссовером»! Ну и что, что у него нет рамы, пневмоподвески, понижайки и межколесных блокировок. Все это ничуть не мешает ему оставаться самым проходимым не только в сегменте, но и вообще среди полноприводников, претендующих хоть на какие-то «оффроуд»-почести. У Discoverу Sport отменная геометрия: 212 миллиметров дорожного просвета, достойные углы въезда-съезда (25 и 31 градус соответственно) и угол рампы (21 градус), а глубина преодолеваемого брода составляет 600 миллиметров. Неплохо для «кроссовера»?
У Discovery Sport есть два варианта внешней отделки: с серебристыми накладками и решеткой радиатора (на фото) и с черными глянцевыми. Второй вариант, на мой вкус, выглядит эффектнее.
На нашем «Диско Спорт» стоит базовая система полного привода — с муфтой Haldex в приводе задних колес, системой Terrain Response и имитацией межколесных блокировок с помощью тормозных механизмов. По идее, эту модель можно заказать и с более продвинутой системой полного привода, в которой распределением момента между задними колесами заведует отдельный пакет фрикционов, но давайте честно — неужели эта штука реально пригодится в повседневной жизни? В моей — навряд ли. Мотор на тестовом Disco Sport — самый удобный: 190-сильный турбодизель объемом 2,2 литра. Правда сейчас в продаже такую машину уже, наверное, не найдешь — в середине года LR перешел на двухлитровую четверку семейства Ingenium, которая ставится на Jaguar F-Pace, XF и XE, и которая доступна в двух вариантах мощности, 150 и 180 лошадиных сил. Но наша машина была выпущена в конце 2015 года, поэтому и дизель тут еще старый.
И, надо признать, его возраст ощущается. Нет, тянет он исправно на все свои 190 сил и 420 Нм момента. Но заводится и работает громко, а на холостом ходу, особенно после холодного старта, заметно вибрирует — за новым 2.0 такого не замечалось…
Трансмиссия — девятиступенчатый «автомат» ZF, претензии к которому остались еще с теста Range Rover Evoque. Главная — передач тут слишком много, а электроника любит забираться «повыше», неохотно скидывает ступени на ускорениях, да и вообще, кажется, иногда путается в этих своих девяти ступенях. Еще один недостаток — заметные толчки при переходе с первой на вторую передачу и обратно. То ли коробка неисправна, то ли это врожденное…

Land Rover Discovery 4 уже давно стал культовым автомобилем. Причем последние годы показали, что подобные внедорожники теперь не столько средство для преодоления грязи, сколько показатели статуса. Поэтому все большее количество обладателей «Диско» используют его в качестве семейного автомобиля, не предпринимая попыток штурма внедорожных позиций.
Примечательно, что в стандарте все модификации исключительно 5-местные, но можно получить и 7 мест. Приобретая любую версию (кроме самой дешевой), можно доплатить 88 500 рублей и получить заветные кресла. Причем салон скомпонован таким образом, что каждый последующий ряд сидений выше предыдущего. Все это позволит детворе, едущей на «галерке», смотреть в окна и меньше скучать в пути. Большая площадь остекления тоже располагает к этому. Но за это придется поплатиться значительной частью багажного отсека.

Если заглянуть в салон автомобиля, то можно заметить уютный и продуманный мирок. В нем все сделано настолько благородно и правильно, что сразу понимаешь – в компании работают настоящие аристократы.
Оснащение Ленд Ровер Дискавери 4 не столь богатое, как хотелось бы. Естественно, такой минимум, как наличие 2-зонного климат-контроля, кожаного салона, мультируля, подушек безопасности, электронных систем и тому подобного, имеется. Но за многие опции типа электронной блокировки дифференциала, люка, рейлингов, навигации, LCD-монитора для задних пассажиров и т. п. придется доплачивать даже в топ-версии.
Из моторов доступны два 3-литровых дизеля с 211 или 249 л. с. и 5-литровый (375 л. с.) бензиновый движок. 8-диапазонная АТ предназначена только для дизелей, а для «бензинника»– 6-ступенчатая. Привод автомобиля только полный.
