У современного Дефендера появилась третья разновидность: компанию короткой трехдверке Defender 90 и пятидверке Defender 110 составил вариант с приставкой «130». Исторически цифровой индекс у Ленд Роверов обозначал расстояние между осями в дюймах, и «сто тридцатый» действительно имел самую длинную колесную базу. Но сейчас инженеры отступили от этой традиции.
Новый Defender 130 имеет такую же колесную базу, что и уже знакомый Defender 110. К слову, эти 3022 мм равны 119 дюймам, так что исторический индекс неверен в обоих случаях. А главная особенность «сто тридцатого» — увеличенный на 340 мм задний свес. Габаритная длина выросла с 5018 мм до 5358 мм (с учетом запасного колеса на корме). А угол съезда в самом высоком положении пневмоподвески (она входит с стандартную комплектацию) уменьшился с 40 до 28,5 градуса, хотя максимальный клиренс — те же 290 мм.
Defender 130 имеет восьмиместный салон с тремя рядами сидений и посадочной формулой 2+3+3. На третьем ряду есть подогрев кресел, мягкие подлокотники и разъемы USB-C для подзарядки гаджетов, а еще — дополнительная секция панорамной крыши, которая входит в базовую комплектацию. Хотя фамильных окошек в скатах крыши у «сто тридцатого» нет. Спинки третьего ряда складываются в пропорции 40:20:40. Объем багажника — 389 литров в трехрядной конфигурации, 1232 литра со сложенным третьим рядом или 2291 литр со сложенными задними рядами.
Впрочем, от «галерки» можно отказаться при заказе. В этом случае пятиместный Defender 130 будет иметь багажник объемом 1329 литров против 857 литров у модели Defender 110. А со сложенным вторым рядом объем отсека достигает 2516 литров вместо 1946 литров.
Defender 130 — не только самый крупный, но и самый богатый в семействе. У него впервые появился четырехзонный климат-контроль (предлагается за доплату), а самая продвинутая медиасистема Pivi Pro с экраном на 11,4 дюйма входит в базовую комплектацию (для других версий это опция). Добавлены новые варианты декора салона «под дерево» и обивка сидений перфорированной кожей, а еще расширена палитра цветов кузова (например, добавлен красный).
«Сто тридцатому» не положены четырехцилиндровые моторы, хотя и флагманский двигатель V8 для него заказать нельзя. На выбор — только рядные трехлитровые «шестерки» семейства Ingenium с 48-вольтовым стартер-генератором. В гамме есть дизельные модификации D250 и D300, а также бензиновые P300 и P400, в индексах которых зашифрована мощность. Бензиновая топ-версия может разогнаться до «сотни» за 6,6 с.
Все машины — с восьмиступенчатым «автоматом» ZF, полный привод iAWD — с муфтой подключения передней оси и демультипликатором. Если не считать ухудшенную геометрию кузова, то Defender 130 имеет тот же внедорожный потенциал, что и «сто десятый». Например, глубина преодолеваемого брода — 900 мм.
Самый длинный Defender уже доступен для заказа в Англии, там цены начинаются с 73900 фунтов стерлингов, тогда как Defender 110 стоит от 58700 фунтов. Вскоре будет открыт прием заказов и в других странах, а поставки начнутся во втором полугодии.

Английский внедорожник ведёт свою историю с 1948 года, когда появилась модель Series I. В более знакомом для нас виде он производился с 1971 года (Series III), а в 1990-м внедорожник получил имя Defender. Он выпускался с тремя вариантами колёсной базы – 90, 110 и 130 дюймов, эти же цифры добавлялись в название модели. В 2016 году производство классического Дефендера было прекращено, и вот на днях состоялась премьера совершенно новой машины с несущим кузовом и современным дизайном. Сейчас есть две версии – трёхдверная 90 и пятидверная 110. Под стилистику внедорожника нового поколения просится как минимум ещё один вариант – пикап со сдвоенной кабиной. Кстати, такие модификации выпускались на базе классического Defender, причём они имели как «короткую» 110-дюймовую базу, так и более длинную 130.
Мы изобразили новый пикап именно в удлинённом варианте (130 дюймов). Также он имеет существенно увеличенный задний свес. Оформление задней части в целом осталось аналогичным базовым внедорожникам, разве что появился новый задний борт с крупной надписью названия модели.
Как сообщают коллеги из Motor1, согласно инсайдерской информации от неназванного высокопоставленного источника в компании Jaguar Land Rover, англичане отменили планы относительно четырёхдверного пикапа. Они считают, что в нём нет смысла, так как стандартные 5-дверные внедорожники могут покрыть все потребности, связанные с перевозкой грузов. При этом в будущем ожидается появление версии 130 – она будет иметь ту же колёсную базу, что и модель 110, но получит увеличенный задний свес.
Цены на новый Defender в России пока не объявлены, в США же стоимость базовой пятидверной модели составляет порядка 50 тысяч долларов (примерно 3,2 миллиона рублей по актуальному курсу). Топовый максимально оснащённый Defender преодолевает отметку в 100 тысяч долларов.
