Interior & Exterior Comparison
Suzuki Jimny
The Suzuki Jimny is a car that is practical and very well-ordered, with an almost trendy following from buyers. The Jimny is a solid-looking 4×4 that surpasses expectations with its excellent off-roading and on-road abilities, qualifying it as the best car of both worlds.
(a) Cabin Storage
There are storage sections in the cabin that are valuable for storing items such as beverages, smartphones, goggles, handbags, etc. In the first row, there is door panel storage, a glovebox, 2 cup holders, and the center box.
(b) Cargo Space
The Suzuki Jimny is a small car and cargo space is nonexistent. If you plan to carry cargo and passengers then you’re going to be fully disappointed. For overland trips and long-distance travel, the Jimny is best.
Jeep Renegade
The Jeep Renegade is a subcompact SUV with a seating of 5 passengers. It comes in 4 trim levels: Latitude, Sport, Trailhawk, and Limited. A 9-speed transmission is standard on all trims. The vehicle offers the 4-wheel drive systems Active Drive I and Active Drive Low, both of which are paired with Jeep’s Selec-Terrain system.
(a) Cabin Storage
The Renegade’s interior is made with some attractive materials and its buttons are arranged well. The cabin space is average at its best. The Renegade’s seats can be folded flat to create a level load floor, also there are limited storage pockets and lack a full-length door cubby upfront making storage opportunities rare compared with other vehicles in the segment.
(b) Cargo Space
The Renegade has a fashionable cabin with a sizable cargo space; the cargo space is 18.5 cubic feet with its back seats upright and when the seats folded makes 50.8 cubic feet. That’s to some extent above average for a subcompact SUV.

(b) Fuel Consumption
The Jimny’s fuel consumption is approximately 16.2Km/L for the Jimny linked with a 0.66L (Manual transmission) and 13.2Km/L for the Jimny linked to 0.66L (Automatic transmission) while the Jimny with 1.5L (manual transmission) fuel consumption is 15Km/L and for the 1.5L (automatic transmission) the fuel consumption is 13.6Km/L.

With AWD, those figures fall to 9.7Km/L and 12.3Km/L, respectively. The Renegade’s 2.4L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive is rated at 9.3 Km/L cities and 12.7Km/L.
Final Verdict
The Suzuki Jimny and Jeep Renegade were planned to take you places but each one has an advantage over the other in certain circumstances. These two cars are good for off-road but the Jeep Renegade is very good for both on-road and off-road and for the power Jeep Renegade is the best with more choice of engines, Both are good cars but Jeep Renegade remains top at the markets with no hesitation while the Suzuki Jimny is a simple car with an affordable maintenance cost.
