Заранее извиняюсь за длинный текст — бъюсь над проблемой безрезультатно уже 2 месяц. Уже созрел на электрика или диагностику — просто каждый раз думаешь, — «А, ну точно, если это не клапан ХХ, то по-любому МАП глючит» и т.д. В итоге уже полмашины поменял, а воз и ныне там.

Ситуация:
Проблемы с двигателем:
Прыгают обороты в районе ХХ (до замены клапана-ХХ даже глохла), на старте периодически не тянет, потом вдруг едет (тупит и не смотря на нажатие педали газа обороты не повышает, потом очухивается).
Были заменены все датчики (температуры смеси, МАР, ХХ, TPS, коленвала), лямбды, свечи, промыты форсунки, измерено давление на бензонасосе во всех режимах, проверены все разъемы, удалена нештатная сигналка, сканер ничего не показал, чеков не выдает, зависимости от внешних условий нет (до последней замены клапана-ХХ и температыры смеси — в мороз заводилось при нажатии на газ и держало обороты минуты две только под газом, пока не прогреется). Последнее, что — начал глючить новый клапан-ХХ (неоригинал 3 месяца), вчера заменен на новый мопаровский — стало лучше, перестал глохнуть на падении оборотов — клапан успевает отработать и поддать газку. Казалось бы — надо где-то искать вокруг двигателя, зажигание там и т.п. Но, есть вторая часть марлезонского балету.

Проблемы с салонной электрикой:
После замены фар (лампочки поворотников при этом не менялись — только габаритные желтые заменены на белые) спустя неделю начали вдруг учащенно моргать поворотники (сначала левый, потом оба). Причем до сих пор сохраняется интересная зависимость — на скорости они моргают часто, но на торможении перед светофором, при нажатии на тормоз могут начать работать, как положено. Отпускаешь тормоз — моргают часто. Но на паркинге тоже могут моргать по разному вне зависимости от тормоза, т.е. зависимости именно от загорания тормоза — нет. Аварийка моргает учащенно и тоже независимо ни от чего — вчера на паркинге работала адекватно. Казалось бы — реле. Фиг. Замена не помогла. Все лампочки целые.
Дальше. После удаления нештатной сигналки — полез в электрику, дабы убрать эти сопли и разобраться со светом, пропала подсветка магнитолы, климата, селектора. Оказалось, что еще до меня кто-то куснул выводы с разъема С1 боди контрол модуля на подсветку, заменив их одним проводом, который неизместно куда был подключен — предположу, что к подсветке спидометра, т.к. она питается по другой цепи и работает от подрулевого в нормальном режиме. Потолочная консоль тоже работает, как положено, диммером регулируется. Решил вернуть все обратно, простестил-прозвонил — +12 на выходе с блока появляется и диммером меняется — значит должно работать. Фиг. Как только на выходы подсветки с разъема С1 бодика вешается любая нагрузка — сразу происходит падение напряжения до 1-2 В и не загорается даже маленькая лампочка. В остальном цепи подсветки звонятся и работают, как положено, если подать устойчивые +12.

Итог. Если оценить все вместе, то есть ощущение, что скачки оборотов на ХХ и периодический затуп очень похож на КЗ в какой-то из силовых цепей этого самого блока или по пути к нему ну или отваливание массы, но она обычно на виду и в салоне не отваливается, а на двиг и АКБ я проверял (клемы АКБ заменены в том числе). При этом умерли (сгорели доорожки/элементы или подгорели контакты) цепи в бодике отвечающие за поворотники-подсветку.

Поэтому хотелось бы узнать мнение электриков — возможно ли обнаружить этот плавающий глюк диагностикой или проще найти БУ блок и махнуть не глядя. Вопрос — любой блок от WJ подойдет или там зашиты какие-нить сигналки-ВИНы и т.п. и его надо перепрошивать под авто?

Была еще мысль о мозгах двигателя, но глюк салонной электрики сбивает с этой мысли в сторону бодика в салоне.
