2021 Valor LAPD Ford Explorer Replacement (Lore Friendly Model Included)

Getting ready to start making Non ELS/FiveM vehicles at the top of the year so I’m releasing some of my old builds or cars that was sitting up collecting dust in the dump file. Before anyone start complaining these are old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds. I have great supporters on Patreon and they get a lot of exclusive stuff so I thought it would be cool especially before Christmas to release them. If you have any issues the necessary files are included. Please use my tutorial links and files,. if you still have an issue try google. Then if you still can’t figure it out message e on discord. Installing:
Make backups, use OpenIV.asi and mods folder.
Launch OpenIV and in edit mode replace Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

You only have to replace the skins with the same name in police3.ytd MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE Desmond98’s MOD! You no longer install the .ytd file any more. You must install the .BMP files within the police3.ytd file. That way you get Desmond’s main updates if he decides to adjust anything. Nothing actually changed but credits.

It’s finally here. The flagship LAPD vehicle — the Ford Explorer. It’s not the final car in the pack, but it is perhaps the most significant.

FAQ:
Q: What’s planned for LAPD?
A: 2012 Charger (LAPD), 2012 Tahoe (LASD), a surprise (LAPD), another surprise (LAPD).

Q: What’s the sur—
A: IT’S A SURPRISE, YOU DIP.

Q: Can I have the KevinDV version?
A: NO!

Q: The lightbar is terrible please reinstall square version.
A: Go download a first-gen mod if you want a terrible default lightbar.

Q: Why aren’t my lights bright and pretty like yours?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

Q: Will you make the lightbar brighter?!
A: No. The Arjent’s modules are easily distinguishable when lit-up in person. They should not wash each other out. The lights in my model are plenty bright and I will not make adjustments just because you want your car to completely blind you ingame.

Q: Will you please help me ins—
A: Did you read the readme? No? Sorry, can’t help you. Yes? Google first, then ask here later.

INSTALL INTO PATCHDAY9NG, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THE FILE DOES NOT ALREADY EXIST.

You must install the included meta files into their proper location.

If you have previous modifications in these files, they will be overwritten. In that case, extract your own copy and edit the files yourself so that police3 uses sirensetting1 (in carvariations.meta) and that police3 uses the gresley handlingID (in vehicles.meta). I will not provide support on how to do this. You’re modding a video game, you know how to use Google by now. Do not ask in the comments, I will not answer you.

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A FLIPPING AND/OR INOPERABLE VEHICLE.
